Spreading power: As required ORGANIC POWER CELANER either concentrated or thinned with water in a ratio of 1:40 to remove stubborn spots like grease, oil, resin, wax, nicotine, ink, algae, mildew, soot, insects, bitumen, tar, coffee, red wine, shoe polish and so on.
